1. Agreement and license
These Terms govern LayMetric and its official support services. Apple's applicable App Store terms and Standard End User License Agreement also apply.
2. Measurement purpose
LayMetric is a measurement, estimation, and quote-preparation aid. It is not a surveying instrument and does not guarantee material fit, quantity, price, or site conditions.
3. User verification
You are responsible for checking dimensions, geometry, openings, selected surfaces, prices, taxes, waste, and installation conditions before relying on a report.
4. Hardware and permissions
Camera, ARKit, RoomPlan, Photos, motion, and sharing depend on compatible Apple hardware, system permissions, and operating-system behavior.
5. Local data and exports
You are responsible for keeping copies of local projects and exported documents you need. Device loss, app removal, or system failure can remove local records.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use LayMetric unlawfully, to violate privacy or property rights, or where certified measurements are legally required.
7. Disclaimer and liability
LayMetric is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
